“Unfortunately the apartment was not prep with the inclusions paid for. There was no WiFi nor live cable and never received assistance towards it. They offered a change of apartment and stated for one day at 9 am and didn’t receive further assistance towards it. Aside the cleanliness inside was not to its top: inside the refrigerator was a cleaning cloth left inside and the main bathroom was still with shaved hairs from a man. My expectations were way higher than what I expected, things that...

“Dopo una iniziale attesa non dovuta peraltro alla strurttura ma alla agenzia che ci aveva venduto il pacchetto, abbiamo optato per ripagare da zero il soggiorno con la speranza che poi ci venisse rimborsato. I due addetti alla prenotazione sono stati molto gentili e veloci. Bella camera con vista mare e piscine. Nuova secondo noi. Catena Radisson. Unico neo, con poca gente in casa non c'era la colazione a buffet ma con tre opzioni a scelta: opzioni molto scarse e poco assortite. ”

The stairs have no handrail so it was difficult to navigate and definitely not safe for Britain types of guests. Staff is friendly and responsive but they don't proactively check that light bulbs all work or the clock on the wall works, etc. Convenient to walk to everything or to her Uber.”
